A charming little town nestling in an enchanting setting, 11 km from the campsite, Pont-Aven has inspired many great painters, such as Paul Gauguin and Paul Sérusier.
Here you can take a break and stroll along the streets filled with flowers and walk along the River Aven, crossing adorable little bridges. You can admire the old water mills and all the many "chaos" (granite stones) along the Xavier Grall promenade.
Lovers of painting will enjoy visiting the large number of galleries and Pont-Aven Museum, which will be reopening after several months of renovation work.
And you probably won't want to leave without stocking up on the famous "galettes de Pont-Aven" biscuits.
